President Bush is speaking to the Council of the Americas.
A House Judiciary Committee task force is holding a hearing on rising gas prices and oil company profits.
The National Safety Council and the Centers for Disease Control are releasing a report showing falls among people 65 and older are the leading cause of injury deaths.
