MAQUOKETA, Iowa -- The Secret Service is known for its professionalism and precision, but that apparently does not mean they don't get lost once and a while.
Sen. Barack Obama told several hundred gathered in a park here this morning that some of the agents assigned to him lost their way in an appropriately named nearby town as they did advance work Wednesday.
"They got lost in Lost Nation," he said. "They weren't sure they were going to be able to find their way out."
Obama said he met the mayor of Lost Nation, Iowa, earlier today. "I love the name of that town," he said.
The Illinois Democrat is on the second day of a campaign swing through eastern Iowa, where he continues to try to distinguish himself from the other Democratic presidential candidates on the topic of pulling out of Iraq.
Obama also said his campaign plans to open a field office in this town, a place with a population of 6,100. That brings the total in the state to 30.

He does need one difference.
