Cheapskate found out!

"Individually wrapped", indeed.

I've had some moderately thrifty uncles in my day, all of proud Scottish-Canadian stock, and all sadly having passed on to their heavenly reward. Hopefully they all wound up beyond the pearly gates, and not beyond the river Styx. HA!

Thankfully none were as deviously stingy as your "bargain hunter'.

At any rate, got a good chuckle out of this joke, Prof. McIntyre.

Trust you and Kathleen are having a pleasant Labor Day respite.
