:( . My thoughts and prayers go out to the fine delegate from Western, MD. For those who know him, he really is a caring and doting father. So sad to see tragedy of this sort. His son will surely be remembered.

LeRoy, Luann and family, Our family sends our prayers up to God that he comforts you in a way that only he can do . I've known Ryan since coaching him in Little league and he truly was an All-American kid..No parent should out live your child .God please help this family cope with this terrible loss and be with them and help those who are mourning this very sad occasion .
