I would like to include the humanitarian aid organization Salesian Missions in this discussion. Before the earthquake, they were working with 25,000 children in Port-au-Prince. The school they operate was destroyed with hundreds of students inside. A special fund has been created to get aid into Haiti directly. www.findyourmission.org

I am aware that the following supplies are needed to help the people of Haiti recover from this tragic ordeal. but are there any drop off sites in Baltimore? maryland? DC?
Supplies Needed:
- Purchase or bring cots and tents that will be instrumental in providing temporary shelter to those who have been displaced.
- Medical supplies such as band aids, alcohol, peroxide, etc.
- Water and non-perishable food items.
- Generators and Industrial supplies for building will be needed for rebuilding.
- Supplies for children such as diapers, baby clothes, wipes and bottles are of great need as well.

I also would like volunteer my services there. I am an RN with extensive infection control and phlebotomy experience. I've taught First Aid and helped students with their clinical preparation on becoming CNAs and currently teach CPR. In addition I've got some skills in the carpentry, plumbing and electrical trades and am certified to drive every vehicle that's drivable. Please can someone tell me who to contact.
Thank you!

Following up on a question yesterday that I did not have the answer too...The wireless phone carrier does not charge an administrative fee for collecting your donation and transferring it to the American Red Cross. One hundred percent of your donation will go to relief efforts.

It is my understanding from reading a post on the cbc that Barrick Gold (Canadian Corporation) has massive resources at its PVDC minesite operation near Cotui, Dominican Republic. The site is appoximately 150 miles from the Haitian border and the mine / jobsite have an enormous concentration of heavy equipment, fuel, manpower and supplies

I would like to propose not to wait until you get big sum of money to order goods! You should get the personal loans or just consolidation loans and feel fine

Yeah assuredly very helpful for the students! Most of the posts in the blog touch off with first-class acquaintance... Thanks for the counsel! None of the writing services could accommodate such an hope, all they can do is to make me buy essay which are not incomparable. The only thing you've got to appreciate trying to make an unique creation is that you can buy term paper or buy research paper about all.But remember, to make scrutiny about this post is not an child's play task. Thanks.
