Talking About Race series to look at black male achievement
The Open Society Institute and the Enoch Pratt Free Library will hold the next installment of the series Talking About Race on Thursday, Oct. 20 at 7 pm at the Pratt's central branch at 400 Cathedral Street. Ivory Toldson, associate professor at Howard University, and Raymond Winbush, director of the Institute for Urban Research at Morgan State University, will talk about what can be done to improve the achievement of black males.
