Glen Burnie High graduate becomes Rhodes Scholar

 From my colleague Joe Burris:

Glen Burnie High School and Stanford University graduate Fagan Harris has been awarded a 2010 Rhodes Scholarship, one of only 32 students naitonwide, and 80 individuals worldwide, to receive the honor, county officials said.

Harris, who is currently studying in Ireland, will begin classes at Oxford University in England on Oct. 1. He attended Marley Elementary and Marley Middle School and graduated from Stanford last year.

too much holiday fun can lead to spelling errors

stanfrod

Perhaps young Mr. Harris should have written this article. Three errors in a headline and in two short paragraphs is just pitiful.

"naitonwide" and "Stanfrod"... shame.

And, Stanford University's Stylebook says that both Rhodes and Scholar are both capitalized. Always.

Excellent topics, I am searching online high school to earn degree online. After long searching I got this online that, Crossway High School is an online distance learning school. Earn your diploma today!
