Comment trouble

We've been having trouble with our blogging software over the past day, with some people getting error messages saying they've been banned from commenting or otherwise not allowing the comments through. I'm horribly sorry for the inconvenience. Our IT folks believe they've just fixed the problem. But please e-mail me directly -- sara.neufeld@baltsun.com -- if you get an error message again.

UPDATE, 11:45 a.m.: So apparently our spam software detected too many comments coming from the IP "Baltimore City Public Schools" and started blocking them as spam. Oops. I'm again assured the problem is resolved (it wasn't after my first post but we hope it really is now). Corey, bring on the haiku!

I think it's a conspiracy! Corey, this is definitely another haiku time.

You want 'em you got 'em! This is the post Bill preemptively voted for as comment of the week.

Without further ado, here are 4 haikus I wrote yesterday. (Note the views expressed in these haikus do not necessarily reflect the views of Corey, and are meant to be humorous and provocative)

Its the teachers fault!
No, it's North Avenue's fault!
Lets blame the parents.

Andres Alonso
sets zone schools up for failure.
Loves charters long time.

Raise achievement,
focus on the HSA.
The test is bullshit.

Bill is white elite.
For "just an observation,"
this is a problem.
