David Stone appointed to Baltimore school board

The worst-kept secret in Baltimore education circles is officially out: David Stone, who served on the city school board and then as the system's director of charter schools before taking a job at Kennedy Krieger last year, is replacing Buzzy Hettleman on the board. Bob Heck and Anirban Basu were reappointed as expected.
