Comments
Oh, please, some of these people selected have only been principals for a year themselves. The idea that they can mentor anyone is, well, disturbing. One of them, in particular, allowed high school students to wear costumes for Halloween and then wasn't even there to deal with the fallout from that fiasco. Good luck to all of them and their mentees! They will need it.

Any idea where the various city-wide schools fit with this?

There are a couple of surprises up there, but I've personally worked with a third of those principals (anyone who knows me knows which ones) and they all do a truly fine job.
BTW Ms. Faltz is the principal of Abbottston Elementary.

WHAT was the criteria for choosing the mentors? At least one is totally incompetent and dishonest!

In order to mentor, you have to have something in the head, like Dr. Alonzo, more than a regular vet teacher with 15/20 years of pract., nothing accomplished.
