Wherever Michael Phelps goes lately, there seems to be someone looking for the money shot. Can't the guy just practice in peace? Now that the South Carolina sheriff has decided not to charge him over that bong photo controversy, maybe his life will return back to as normal as it can be for an Olympic phenom.
