Lost pet pit in Patterson Park area...

Has anyone seen Sushi? This dog went missing, last seen running toward Patterson Park. Her mom, Michelle, wrote me tonight, hoping someone might have seen her.
She says:
As a faithful follower of your blog, I am hoping that you can help me spread the word. Our dog got out of our house this afternoon at around 4:30. We live in Upper Fells Point about 2 blocks west of Patterson Park (Gough St.) and she was seen running toward the Park. She is a black pit bull with a white chest. Her name is Sushi. She is about 50 lbs and SUPER friendly! Her name at the shelter was Wagalot before we adopted her because she never stops wagging her tail!!! We are just going crazy with worry and I was hoping maybe you'd post her info and picture on your blog to see if anyone has seen her. She was wearing her collar when she was last seen and it has all our info on it, as well as the number for 24 hour pet watch for her micro chip. We are just hoping some kind soul finds her and calls! If anyone knows anything, they can contact me at (443) 927-6091 or my boyfriend Ray at (443) 939-9229. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated! Help us bring her home please!!!

Thank you so much for posting this! We got a "tip" last night that Sushi may have been seen in GREEKTOWN on Oldham Ave near a restaurant called Somos. We drove around that area for an hour last night with no luck. If everyone around that area and Patterson Park could continue to keep your eyes peeled, that would be great! Thank you so much for your help so far!!! :o)

Oh no! She looks just like my Lucy. I hope she makes it home safely, and SOON.

Michelle: have you posted this link to the Patterson Park Yahoo Groups Discussion Board? It's very active, and would be a great place for many eyes. If you don't have access, I'd be happy to add it for you. I've added the link to the Patterson Park Neighbors Group on Facebook. Wish you best. Me and Rebecca, the beagle, will keep our eyes peeled during our walks.

I live a few blocks up from the park, on the Brewer's Hill side of Canton. I'll keep my eyes peeled and hope for the best!

From Patterson Park to Greektown . . . is she heading back to where she used to live before the shelter?
Have you posted Lucy's info with shelters in Baltimore County . . . I don't think City and County "talk" with each other on lost and found dogs.
I am so hoping she finds her way back to you.
