Help Teddy Bean help BARCS
Teddy Bean, good dog that he is, has been working behind the scenes these last few weeks, trying to round up donations in support of dogs and cats, who, like he did just a few months ago, need to be rescued. He's doing Strut Your Mutt on Saturday at BARCStoberfest, and so far he's earned more than $300 for the shelter, making the little Bean one of the top fundraisers. But he can still do even better, if anyone wants to help.....

Tig is coming! And if this weather keeps up, most likely in his raincoat and boots...he hates the rain! It was a struggle to get him to walk this morning. Can't wait to meet Teddy Bean!

I just want to use this space to commemorate my cat Spot who died today. He was a rescued stray from Baltimore whom we found abandoned by his mother as a kitten in 2004.
We'll miss you, Spot. Life won't be the same without you.
