Cute Costume Countdown to Halloween: Surfers!

The best-dressed pugs are at it again. This time hanging 10 -- at least.

We're counting down to Halloween here at Unleashed with a costumed pet photo every day. Send in yours, in JPEG form, to jill.rosen@baltsun.com. We'll post 'em. And laugh at 'em.
