If anyone has any information about a program that will trap and spay or neuter stay cats please let me know. There are some evenings I have as many as 14 cats in my back yard. I like having the cats in the neighborhood because we have NO rat problems. But I am afraid someone will poison them. However the cats just keep breeding.
