Would you use a pedal powered snowplow?

Check out this YouTube video sent to me via Baltimore Spokes. A guy took old bike and lawnmower parts and hooked them up to a couple of shovels he got at the hardware store. It seems efficient and good for the environment and the waisteline. Think we could use something like this now?

I'd use it if it:WorkedWas cheapCould go in reverse as needed. The whole 'save the Earth and global warming hogwash is still buried in the mountains of snow.Gotta love that 'dragon' thing. What costs more? The rent or the 'carbon footprint' (whatever that is)?

I would DEFINITELY use it! Save my arms and back from aching, and I'd be able to satisfy my need to bike even when there's snow on the ground! (snow makes bike commuting, especially in a badly plowed city, rather difficult). I think I'd end up clearing the whole neighborhood just for fun.

Maybe in the Atlanta snows, but not when our tractor even required chains this year in the NC mtns.:)
