Catherine Zeta-Jones and naked gardening

Catherine Zeta-JonesCatherine Zeta-Jones, hubby Michael Douglas and their two young children have recently relocated from Bermuda to New York City while the actress stars in Broadway's "A Little Night Music."

But the transition hasn't been without incident.

Apparently mother and children used the sun-drenched privacy of Bermuda to run around, um, naked in the garden.

During an appearance on the David Letterman show, she said she had to remind herself and the children that that isn't something that plays well in New York City.

"It's really hard to do that in Central Park," she said.

Letterman assured her that, actually, it wasn't that hard to do.

Talk about some awful sunburn in some awful places.

nothing wrong with Catherine running around naked , I personally have no objections in that regard . Only ugly people like me need remain clothed lol

There is a mega religious craze of clothing every human on the planet. Animals can run around naked, but humans have to be clothed to prevent sin!
Even the tribes of Africa and Vanautu have been conned by religion into wearing superficial clothes!

In Japan and Korea, girls wear shorter skirts than "advanced" USA!

Since Zeta-Jones is Welsh, do you think she uses the English "garden" synonym for yard, or is she weeding the pumpkin patch in her altogether?

I think she was chasing kids.--Susan

Well, i guess that was their family bonding...

About Susan Reimer
Susan Reimer has spent 16 years writing about raising kids - among other topics - in her column for The Baltimore Sun. And every time son Joseph or daughter Jessie passed another milestone - driver's license, college, wedding or a move to a new military duty station - she has planted another garden. Now she will be writing about those gardens - and yours - here on Garden Variety.

Susan isn't an expert gardener, but she wasn't an expert mother, either. Both - the kids and the gardens - seem to be doing well in spite of her.

She lives in Annapolis with her husband, Gary Mihoces, who loves to cut his grass but has noticed that there seems to be less of it every time the kids pass another milestone.
