Kate is a horrible mother and a horrible wife. I applaud John for having the courage to leave his verbally abusive marriage. John is strong for not wanting to be involved in a show that is destroying the lives of his children. People fail to realize that John is more of a parent to those kids than Kate will ever be. Kate does not want to be a mom, she wants to be a millionaire. I give the show three more episodes before all of America has lost interest and TLC cancels it. Happily, that will be the best thing to happen to those kids!

Kate should have ended the show the minute she started to see it interfere with her family. Family first. Jon has said a number of times "I don't want to be jon and Kate plus 8." And Kate never even listened to him. She never listened to him any time he said anything. TLC should cancel the show and they should put their family back together.

I been watching this show since the beginning. Tonight I had to turn the channel, Kate is soooo anal and complains too much. I think Kate will be by herself until she change her attitude.

Yes, your right Jon said he didnt want to be known as Jon and Kate plus 8 any longer. But just because he decided to Quit their orginal plans to do the show to support their kids. Doesnt mean Kate has to quit them too. Hes the quitter and if nothing else, he is consistant in that, first their marriage, then the dogs, and now the show.She is sticking to their orginal plans. It is kind of ironic that Jon has an ice cream named after him now. Does those eight toppings represent his children or his latest flavor of the week girlfriends. My mistake, he is only on number 4 so far. He not only is a cheat, he's a liar, a bad husband and father. He is a show-off too, he likes to have a good time, drinking and having affairs with different women. He not know that he did all this while he was still married and is still married, there is no legal separation or divorce.

Kate, is very attractive, he is very ugly. She also is a very good mother. So she has appointments and has a babysitter, so what , how many other mothers have full-time jobs and don't see their kids as much as Kate does.

So let's not judge, Kate, women. She loves her children and takes good care of them.
