'Top Chef: Las Vegas': Baltimore's Jesse trash-talks Padma

 Padma

Baltimore chef Jesse Sandlin, of fine dining restaurant Abacrombie, talks with The Baltimore Sun's Rob Kasper about being on Top Chef.

But what really sticks out in our minds is that she trash-talks Padma

I know some of our commenters have more love for Padma than the other judges -- is this a case of a cheftestant angry she was kicked off the show, or is there a darker side to Padma that we never see?

 Find the story here.

I made the same comment on the page where the article is, but I'll say it again here. I'm not sure what show Rob Kasper was watching, but Jesse didn't do well at all. They criticized just about every dish she made. The only reason they kept her around longer than some of the others is because she knew what she was doing wrong. That's great for 1 or 2 times, but when you keep doing it's not going to cut it.

Liz and I said the same thing when we read it. I mean, her dishes weren't total failures (nobody spit them out, though there was significant sweating over the the too-spicy soup). Maybe that's what he should've said. --Justine

SKK: We're updating the article. That was in error. Thanks.
