'Big Brother': no spoilers this time

I have a question for those of you who follow Big Brother on live feeds, live-feed recaps or Big Brother After Dark: Does the actual broadcast show hold any appeal for you at all?

I had looked up to see who won last week's head of household competition because I was curious. On Saturday, a friend of mine told me who had won the veto, and I had figured out the nominations.

So last night's live show? Totally boring. At long last, we saw that Kevin had won, but I had known that for days, and at the end of the show, we saw that Jeff and Michelle were on the block, but that was easy to find out, too. I already know who's going to win the veto, which just made the broadcast show seem like even more of a waste of time.

Those dedicated followers, do you even bother watching the CBS show?

I usually DVR it and run it through to see what happens during the day time. I usually watch part of every BBAD. Sunday CBS shows are the worse for not telling you anything, and just recapping previous events. Mostly the live show on Thursday is the better of the 3 weekly shows.

Since I only read the transcripts, I still watch to see the action play out. It's one thing to read about Jordan chest-bumping Russell, it's quite another thing to see it.

Also, I like to see what the producers elect to omit. Kind of gives me insight into their thought process... like what they consider too hot for us to handle, or what is nothing but "idle chatter".

Also, the diary rooms... those don't get much coverage, as they are usually blocked from the feeds.

I think the Diary Rooms are the most appealing feature of the CBS broadcast.

Also, I find the editing choices interesting.

I only watch BBAD once or twice a week, and it's usually on the weekends because I'm impatient to find out who the new HOH is. I don't have enough time during the week to watch anything else. It is nice to see and hear what they're saying uncensored as well. Damn FCC!

could someone tell me why Jordan was kick off the show. When she bump Russel. I was under the impression you can't put your hands noone on the show. if Russel would have bump jordan, he will be sent packing right away

SKK: I assume you mean why she wasn't kicked off. Technically, she didn't put her *hands* on him ...

I was a bit stunned that she was not shown the door for that chest bumping Russell.

I bet Russell was REALLY injured by that chest bump!! HAHAHAHA He loved it and laughed his head off at it.

I'm sure if Russell had made a big deal about it they would have done something, but because he just laughed it off and didn't fuss about it they just continued the show as per normal.
