'Big Brother' drama ensues; cast member removed from house
Last night's Big Brother was a little nuts. First, Lydia and Natalie and Chima crying and carrying on about Jessie's eviction as if he had died instead of being sent to a house in some undisclosed, probably tropical location.
Kevin's diary room reactions to this won me over to his side, and with a vengeance.
Michele's nominations of Chima and Natalie were not that surprising, except that if she wanted to backdoor Chima, didn't she have to keep her off the block to keep her from winning POV? Oh, well.
Then at the end, the voiceover noted that on Tuesday, it would be revealed that one of the houseguests was going to be removed by producers. Of course, since that's all happened already on the live feeds, it obviously isn't going to be a secret for long.
So, if you don't want to know who it is ... stop reading now.
Perhaps not surprisingly, it's Chima Simone who got kicked off, though we don't yet know why.
What do you think about this move?

I was very happy 2 see Chima leave the show. If anything was not going her way she always threw a major attitude. Its also amazing how Lydia and Nat are BFFs. As Jeff says Its a game and only 1 person can win.

I'm glad, all three should of been kicked out as soon as they joked they would put a red M&m in Michelle's drink so she would have an allergic reaction (allergic to red dye)

We'll see how long Nat and Lydia remain BFFs, once word gets to Nat about Lydia's late-night visits to Jesse's bed.
I think Jeff made a good point, in that they didn't seem to care about anyone's feelings when it was they who were kicking out people's friends. Now with the shoe on the other foot, they want to be all hurt. Here comes that Karma, coming 'round...
They've also been playing some dirty pool that the BB show is not airing... unless they do it tomorrow night.
According to online transcripts of the internet feeds, Nat, Lydia and Chima have been hiding things from the other players... taking Russell's rosary and hat... moving Jeff's clothes around. Also have been monopolizing the washer and dryer for a day at a time, doing the same load over and over, so no one else can use it. (apparently this was after a messy challenge, yet unseen.)
I'll be interested to know how BB handles Chima's ejection.

I was very happy to find out that bucked tooth 'schema'was thrown off the show on her sorry ass. That Self-Proclaimed Brainiac is as dumb as a stump! Deuces!!!

I am so glad that Chima is gone. She was rude and negative. Have we all forgotten it is a GAME?! Watch out if she loses at hide n seek.

Chima should have been thrown out of BB a long time ago, she walked around the house and talked as though everyone in America owes her..... Good Riddens

I thought that something was up when I didn't see Chima on the AfterDark. Way to Go Big Brother, won't miss her one bit, can't wait to see how this will be played out on Tuesday, and how will this affect the final number of voters in the jury?

Chima is crazy! The ridiculous wig, awful makeup, and utter jibberish she spewed all the time....good riddence!

I was "sooooo" happy to see that whiney, stuck up, bossy, ugly woman get what was coming to her. I'm curious though....she made the comment a few shows back "Well, I'll have to have a talk with the producers about 'that'".....and then the announcement that she's being evicted. Did she getsmart mouth with them?

In the immortal words of Ronnie. Don't let the door hit you in the crack the good Lord made for you. Good riddance. When her team was in power and bullying everybody that's okay. But, to have the power given to the other side makes the tears flow. Grow up. Its a game folks. Chima was upset Jeff was not loyal to her. Why should he be, he is playing the game for him. To call Russell a terrorist and get away with it was WRONG. What would have happened if they dropped the "N" word on Chima?

Chima was one rude-crazy-selfish inmature person. I hope that when she see's herself on TV, she will take a major look and use it as "tool" in growing up and major self improvemnt on how to get along with others to be a better person. Her drama resembles a 2 yr old when she doesn't get her way. Glad she's gone and not surprised asked to leave the show.

According to some of the live feed blogs. Chima refused to put her microphone on and then threw it in the hot tub. Which ruined a 4,000-5,000K . Live feeds went off for 90 minutes. The main producer for Big Brother came onto the set and talked to them. The feeds went back on and Chima was not there.

This is what I hate about shows like this one. If someone white argues with someone or gets a little out there, they are given the excuse of "playing the game." Now, if someone of color does it, then they are a crazy bitch and should go home. If I was Chima, I would be pissed too. America awards Jeff the Coup D’Etat, basically because he's a good looking guy. So he's the one who gets to change her picks when he's not even playing the game. I'm not a big Russell fan, but I respect him more than Jeff for actually playing the game. Also, they kick Chima out and who becomes the HOH... the dumb blonde chick with big [deleted], who doesn't play the game either. Are you serious! I have also noticed when I go back and look at the list of winners, that there has only been one winner of color in 11 seasons. Pathetic. I don't even care who wins and I won't be watching this [deleted] anymore.

Yes she needed to go and so does Big Brother, The show has gotten so nasty, and full of nothing but cussing, and sex. This is my last one I will never watch it again.

Glad Chima is gone. That laugh of hers drove me nuts, although she wasn't laughing much after Michelle won HOH, and also what's with her lying in her bed like a queen all last week when she was HOH?! She's so annoying.

NO ONE can say why America chose Jeff. Maybe it's because he is the ONLY one playing the game the way it should be played. I have watched Big Brother for several years, and I DO NOT CARE WHAT COLOR SKIN SOMEONE has as to whether or not I like them or want them to win. It's because of their attitude, their personality, and the way they treat everyone. Chima has always portrayed someone who thinks they are "better than thou". Just like Jesse. I was so thankful that Jeff sent him packin'! He was very arrogant and in to only himself! Just like Chima!
Posted by: SEO | August 17, 2009 4:10 PM
Are you serious? You really playing the race card here?! Have you been watching the same show as the rest of us? America voted for Jeff, b/c he's been laid back, hasn't thrown any tirades or gotten in anyone's face when things didn't go his way. He didn't have a chip on his shoulder and feel everyone in the house owes him something. Chima was a ticking time bomb. It was just a matter of time. Karma is a b!tch!

btw does any 1know y chima got kicked off and if so wat rule did she break?
SKK: According to one of the comments above this one, she refused to wear her mike pack and threw it in the hot tub. I'm sure we'll get lots of details tomorrow on the show. You know they love the drama.

I AM GLAD CHIMA IS GONE. I DIDN'T LIKE HER FROM DAY 1 SHE ALWAYS THOUGFHT SHE WAS BETTER THEN EVERYONE ELSE. SHE GOT MAD BECAUSE JEFF WAS PLAYING THE GAME THE WAY IT SHOULD BE PLAYED: LAY BACK ,PLAY IT COOL AND LET THE OTHERS DO THE JOB OF MAKING ENEMIES WITH EACH OTHER.AS FOR LYDIA HAVING SO MANY FEELING FOR JESSIE IS BEYOND ME . HE PUNCHED HER AND MADE BRUISES ON HER. I COULD NEVER RESPECT ANYONE WHO BEATS ON WOMEN

I'm so glad Chima's gone!! She accused Jeff of not being loyal, but why should he be? His "Athlete" team disowned him in the first week of the show. And also, does anyone have a doubt in their mind that Chima or Natalie wouldn't betray Jeff in a heartbeat?? I think I would have lost faith in mankind if Chima had won the show. Can't wait to see the drama on Tuesday!!

What Chima chooses to forget is the BB line, "Expect the unexpected", she also conveniently forgot that Jeff had the; power for 2 weeks so it wasn't like BB took away her power specifically. Chima came off like a spoiled brat, all was fine and dandy when she was in control but the minute that control was gone, she had a tantrum. She needs to get over herself. I'm glad she's gone.

I can only say this happening to Chima has made me the happiest I've been in the last 4 months. It's not because of race, its because people with arrogant, bossy, mean-spirited, cry-baby, quick-tempered attitude and demeanor (like Jesse too) should never succeed. If you can't get your arms around why Jeff got the coup card, then you don't understand human nature and, as Julie Chen said, an "overwhelming" (that means way more than half the people watching the show) number of real people. It's wrong to say Jeff doesn't play the game - he's been laying back during the terrible reign of nasties in the house until his chance came to take over. I hope he wins. So only 1 person of color has won in 11 seasons - Guess What? Thats the same ratio of people of color to white people in the United States. Sounds totally in line to me, and certainly not pathetic.

I'm glad chima is gone. She was a whiny little baby that did'nt get her way and now her two little drones have to deal with the rest of the house. I hope they still have the double elimination so they can get rid of NASTY NAT and Lydia so they can both go to the house with jesse and have to fight over him.

It always amazes me that when things don't go someone's way they always call the others liars and say they're disloyal. EVERYONE on that show lies at some point. IT'S PART OF THE GAME!! They stabbed Jeff in the back the first week. I don't recall anyone coming to HIS defense!! And now Lydia and Natalie are friends??!! They couldn't stand each other!! I'm glad Jeff flipped the house and good riddence to Chima!! Even her grandmother said she thinks she's all that!

BCSN24 you have to be just joking rite you could not think like that. Being black pink big hooters good looking has nothing to do with it . If that would be the case Jen ....Jenna what ever her name was wouldn't have been one of the first to go . Jeff is a good guy and plays the game very well and the blond doesn't have a mean bone in her . Have you been told that a smile and kindness well take you a long way... well that is what has happen here and everyone with good sence likes people like that , OPEN YOUR EYES and see what is The true story Here . SMILE AT SOMEONE TODAY AND NOT JUST YOUR COLOR bet 9 out of 10 you get a smile back . Yes we have idiots out there ... no dought .... but most think like that cuz of the way YOU THINK and CHIMA acts ... THATS a FACT JACK

Forget about race. I'm Black and I was offended by Chima's attitude and behavior. I won't miss her a bit. I'm looking forward to Tuesday's show. It ought to be interesting.
Posted by: Coco23 | August 18, 2009 3:53 PM
Glad she's gone. Chima acted like a spoiled little brat as soon as the power shifted. I'm also floored that she thinks Jeff was not "loyal". Why the heck would he or SHOULD he have any loyalty towards Chima and her alliance? The athletes blackballed him from their alliance right at the start, and pulled in Ronnie and Chima! Why should he do anything for Chima, Jessie, etc? They didn't do jack for Jeff. But, what goes around comes around. If you can't run with the big dogs, Chima, keep your whiny butt on the porch. Looks like CBS made sure you did just that. It serves you right.
On a nicer note, I do hope that Chima is mortified by her actions and learns from her mistakes and tries to change her childish, selfish ways. Her grandparents must be horrified and embarrassed by her actions. Judging from their short interview on one of the BB episodes, it seemed that they were already feeling that way, and this was before Chima had her complete meltdown. I feel bad for them.
Also, Chima just ruined a ton of opportunities if she wants to be a journalist. CBS/Viacom is HUGE, so I hope she feels her ridiculous tantrums was worth it.
Posted by: Rena | August 18, 2009 7:53 PM
Chima will probably sue CBS or try to get
into acting. I think Jessie is gay. Lydia's
unicorn [deleted] is crazy, and I hope Michelle
drop kicks Lydia's [deleted] after the show.

CHIMA WAS LIKE A FIVE YEAR OLD WHO WAS TOLD NO WHEN SHE ASKED FOR SOMETHING.RACE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A PERSON ACTING LIKE A SPOILED BRAT

That was so sweet that Jeff let Jordan win HOH, it makes me like him even more. I hope Jeff is careful with Russell.
