'Dancing with the Stars': Tuesday elimination
I thought I had missed Dancing with the Stars when I flipped through the channels at about 8:30 p.m. ABC was actually airing a recap of Monday night's show before the results show. DWTS overload alert!
During the results show, we were treated to performances by Lacey Schwimmer and famous brother Benji (winner of So You Think You Can Dance, which Lacey was also a part of) and Julianne and Derek Hough. Julianne looked great in her and her brother's routine to "Great Balls of Fire." It was nice to see her back. There was also a forgettable number featuring some of the pro dancers to a song by guest singer Brad Paisley.
Onto the results! Warren and Kym and Lance and Lacey were proclaimed safe first, then, after some filler that stretches out the show, Brooke and Derek. At the end, Maurice and Cheryl were eliminated; that means Cody and Edyta were safe, and Cody wlll dance with Julianne next week. Though Maurice and Cheryl didn't do too bad Monday, their scores were on the lower side. Plus, I don't think they have the fan base of someone like Warren, who is just so charismatic, and Brooke, who is just so good.
Next week: semifinals.

I am so sick and tired of Lacey and Lance. Lacey is annoying to say the least and it's time for the boy band member to leave. I don't understand why they brought Lacey onto the show, but it's time for her to go PERMANENTLY!

Great show ---- hard to pick just one ---both Brooke and Warren are crowd pleasers.

It will be hard to choose between Brooke and Warren, but I give the edge to Brooke because she has always been fab! Also I would like to Derek win at least once so he can share bragging rights with his kid sister.

I personally think that it is rather hard to choose from the final five. they are all very good, and talented in more than one way. I think that Lance and Lacey are good, but I think that it maybe Lance's time to go. He is good but not as good as the others, and his dance partner sucks. SORRY I DID NOT ENJOY SEEING HER BUTT MONDAY WITH THAT OUT FIT. Warren is Rather talented as well. He has a charm that makes you love him but I think he is not the best, His foot work is something he needs to work on and that can hold him back. Brooke is VERY good, she is a great dancer and Blows me away Each week. Cody has improved over the past weeks, and has over come having to work with a new partner and has managed to make it work though he didnt get the best scores he worked with what he had, and he did fanaminal for dancing with a new partner.
Thats just my opinion, dont HATE ME!!!!!

I think the fans are not being fair. I think this seems to be more like a popularity contest then a dance competetion. I am getting so frustrated watching these stars that can dance get booted off because they are not as popular as the rest. Come on people. Vote for the stars that can dance and not because they are popular. In my oponion Cody should have been gone last night or even a couple of weeks ago.

There is no question that Brooke is the best dancer of the group. She has shown day in and day out that she can do it all. Warren has the charisma and for a guy his size, he is good but not as good as Brooke.

It's a popularity thing now. I think Warren is great, but I don't think he has enough fans to take him all the way.

I think Lance & Lacey are great, they improve every week. Brooke & Derek are awesome, and have been from the start. Cody & Jullianne are good, she's great, and he .... well he is growing.... I'd like to see them be the last three standing. But then again I'm starting to notice Warren & Kim more. I'm stuck between Cody & Warren.... mixxed feelings. But for sure look forward in seeing Brooke or Lance take home the trophy. More likely Brooke than Lance since he seems to be getting such raw comments from Len among others....

I simply love the show and of the remaining contestants, I do not mind who wins as they all good but I have a soft spot for Brooke as she is awesome. I also watch the UK version (Strictly Come Dancing) but find the US version more entertaining.

I think the judges are way to hard on Cody I do not understand.
And where is Cloris, I heard they told her not to show up after she lost. That is sad to think the show would do that to her, she was such a crowd pleaser.
