'Big Brother 10': Jesse is outta there!

Patrick Gutierrez and his BB10 recap:

It's another eviction night, with Jessie and Memphis on the block. For Jessie, it's his third time in four weeks that he's been nominated for eviction, and he is his usual confident self. Memphis is acting like his time in the house is nearing an end since April has made no secret of the fact that he is her target.

Keesha and Libra continued to confide in each other about their shared desire to see Jessie go. They tried to get April to see things their way, but she refused to be swayed. The two women decided to break from their alliance with April and set out to get the votes to keep Memphis. They figured Renny would be on board because of her personal problems with Jessie, but the two still needed one more vote. Jerry hates Memphis, so he's out. Michelle is in love with Jessie, so she's out. Ollie is April's boyfriend, so he won't go against her wishes. That left Dan ...

Keesha pitched the idea of getting Jessie out to him, and he played like he was receptive, knowing full well that, as America's Player, he had no say this week. April sniffed out Keesha and Libra's plan and sent Jerry to talk to Dan to make sure he stayed loyal to their group.

At the eviction ceremony, the first six votes were cast as expected. Jerry, Ollie and Michelle voted to evict Memphis, while Libra, Keesha and Renny voted to send Jessie home. Dan, on behalf of America, voted to evict … Jessie!

With the main alliance in the house now fractured, the HOH competition was especially important. April, as outgoing HOH, couldn't play, so she needed Jerry and Ollie to step up for her, or else she might be a target out of spite. Libra, Keesha, and Dan were sitting ducks if Michelle won since, after April, she was the most upset to see Jessie go.

The game was a true/false Q&A based on annoying messages from fans that were blared through the house the night before. Renny and Ollie were the first two knocked out. The next question knocked out four more players, leaving only Michelle and Libra. Michelle got it right, winning HOH for the week and immediately voicing her desire to seek revenge. "Jessie, I'm gonna get them, don't worry about it!" she said.

Thoughts: Even though Memphis was more of a threat, I won't deny the fact that I enjoyed seeing Jessie get the boot. Did you see the stunned look on his face when he was talking to Julie? Priceless! He tried to play it off, but it was obvious he did not expect to be sitting there. You reap what you sow, buddy!

Michelle's knee-jerk reaction will be to go after Libra and Keesha, which will be a mistake. Memphis is still a huge threat and has no alliance to back him up, so he should still be the main target.

The rest of the house is getting suspicious about Dan, calling him America 's Player and so forth. It's a good thing that it only lasted for a week. Hopefully America didn't do too much damage to his game.
