'Big Brother 9': And the winner is ...

By a 6-to-1 vote, Adam is the winner of Big Brother 9.

Not the most scintillating finale I've ever seen, especially after the jury questions, in which Ryan proved to be unbelievably inarticulate.

The other news of the finale was the winner of the "favorite juror" prize: James. (Meanly, Julie Chen also made sure to tell Sheila that she came in second place, a distinction that brings her a prize of $0.)

So it's all over.  Yay!

What do you think about the winner?

This season was a pure train wreck and I am so glad it it over. I would have rather had James win but was glad he won the jury prize and I agree with you I thought the slam on Sheila was great.

I loved how Julie mentioned that to Sheila, who is still delusional about the fact that she was carried all the way to the end by the guys.

I like Adam. He's normal, so is Ryan, which eventually killed his chances (you know, you know, you know). These guys weren't auditioning for a future as ex-reality show stars. They were just being themselves, which also entailed being way savvier than their housemates.
