'Big Brother 8': The end for 'America's Player'?

I missed the first part of it last night, but it seems like Eric is in major jeopardy tomorrow night on Big Brother 8. He had to do so much manipulation and spin because of the "America's Player" twist that now, lots of people don't trust him. He still has a few allies, but I don't know if it's going to work out for him. If it does tomorrow, I still think it's all going to backfire on him soon.

I feel a little bad for Eric (although his weird rantings the last couple of shows have made him somewhat less sympathetic). He wasn't really trying to get Nick or Daniele with the rogue votes the last few weeks, he was just doing what "America" and the producers set him up to do. It doesn't seem fair that he'll get kicked out for doing what he wouldn't have done if he were allowed to play the game on his own. He didn't ask to be "America's Player," after all.

But last night WAS a landmark episode. I think it's the first time we made it through a whole hour without Amber bawling her eyes out....
