The End: Beer Summit final thoughts
One last post on the beer summit. Professor Gates fooled the beer watching media by switching from a Red Stripe to a Sam Adams Light.
Magic Hat issued a statement complaining that the president should not be serving beers -- Bud Light and Blue Moon -- that were owned by companies "outside of America"s borders." Perhaps the sentiment is right, but that is a tough call in today's global economy.
Finally, I thought it was great for the world to see guys drinking beer at the White House.
Any final thoughts?

I will not rest until I find out what Biden was drinking!
It looked like Obamas BL, but Delaware is to small to forget about Dogfish!

If racism can be settled over beers with above board light conversation than why not adopt that as a national policy? Just imagine after being confronted by police authority you are allowed to ask if the problem could be resolved over beers how much less heart ache that could achieve! All of us could start here with that resolve right now. A toast to "Beer" for all the problems and solutions that confront mankind. As the glasses are raised in praise to beer with a cheer here's to you and here's to me may we never disagree. If you disagree with me, than piss on you and here's to me!
We would become each other's best beer drinking buddies. Only the label on the can or bottle would seperate us, and that could be changed so as not to offend anyone, when in Rome. This might achieve in making God into our image as opposed to God making man into His image!
Disclaimer: If what has been said above fails to insult any of the above mentioned, or has omitted those of that sort, or the sort that gives that sort a good name, than i apologize.

I'm sorry, but I don't care where the money ends up... Budweiser is as American as it gets.
If Bud is now a foreign beer because of a change in ownership, then ours is a foreign government, given how much financing we've gotten from the Chinese.
