« Savor in D.C.: Beer drinkers paradise | Main | From the beer blogs: So Yeah, Dood »

Wanna write? Have I got a deal for you.

I am headed to Taiwan for fun and to drink a few Asian beers. I leave next week and will be back June 22.

That means I'm in the market for guest posters, folks who have something they would like to expound about and would be willing to do it for free.

The topic would be your choice, but it would have to related to beer.

Generally, a post is five to 10 short paragraphs, sent by e-mail.

If you are interested, send me an e-mail or gimme a call at 410-332-6183. We can work out the details.

How about having a guest traveling companion? ;)

A couple of coworkers and I are in beer club at work and we would be more than willing to post some musings about beer.

Be prepared to drink the most popular beer in Taiwan -- Taiwan Beer. Yes, that's the name. It's iconic over there. There's even a basketball team named Taiwan Beer. It's ok, but I got a little sick of it after a while.

Rob Kasper, a features columnist, has been writing about beer for 20 years, and he remembers when Anchor Christmas and Noche Buena were about the only beers at a holiday tasting and Sisson’s was the only brewpub in Baltimore. A collection of his columns, "Raising Kids and Tomatoes, Amusing Tales and Appetizing Recipes," was published in 1998. He lives with his wife, Judith, a professor at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, in a downtown Baltimore rowhouse. They have two grown sons, who come home from time to time and drink their father’s beer.
