Bummer game, good day
Back at the ballpark Thursday afternoon, did not find Wild Goose IPA, and Orioles did not find any relief pitching. They got shelled by the Yankees .
The only consolation was a stop on the walk home at Lucy's pub on Eutaw street where a crisp, cold Pilsner Urquell relieved some of the sting of defeat.
Who says beer only tastes good after a victory?
Doesn't it also soothe after a defeat?
What are some other good pubs within walking distance of Oriole Park?

They had Wild Goose IPA on tap at the Maryland Microbrew stand in (roughly) the left field corner. I would estimate it to be Section 75. It was delicous.

Lucy's is a good spot for a proper pint. I still like Pratt Street Ales (formerly the Wharf Rat), if only for the Oliver Ales. Great variety and great beer.
I don't know what to think of The Nest, except that I guess I will always like it because I won Ravens tickets there last year...

I saw a Wild Goose sign yesterday on the lower level around section 30. I had already picked up a Copperhead Ale so I didn't investigate further.
