Update: More bars staying open past 2 a.m.
The list of bars that are staying open past 2 a.m. has been updated. New additions include: Down the Hatch, The Laughing Pint, Cat's Eye Pub, Don't Know and No Idea, which is staying open from 10 a.m December 31 through 2 a.m. January 2, just like state legislators intended. (Don't Know, incidentally, is hosting the Midnight Sun Mixer next month - come!) B&O American Brasserie is staying open past 2 a.m Friday, but only for an after party, which has already been sold out. The full list of bars is here, ready for your barhopping pleasure.

Scores Baltimore will be open as a regular night club after 2am and will have dj tito spinning util 5am w food and drinks - shuttles are available if you call the club. $10 admission after 9pm til close :)

both ropewalk and stalking horse in fed hill will be open until 6am.

All Power Plant Live! venues will be open past 2am as they do every NYE. Mosaic, Mex, Luckies, Angels Rock Bar, Howl at The Moon, And it's just two blocks from the Inner Harbor fireworks.
Mex stays open until the sun comes up or later.

Elliott's Pour House will be open till 10am with $30 unlimited draft special, free chapagne toast at midnight & free 4am breakfast buffet
