Scores Baltimore will be open as a regular night club after 2am and will have dj tito spinning util 5am w food and drinks - shuttles are available if you call the club. $10 admission after 9pm til close :)

All Power Plant Live! venues will be open past 2am as they do every NYE. Mosaic, Mex, Luckies, Angels Rock Bar, Howl at The Moon, And it's just two blocks from the Inner Harbor fireworks.
Mex stays open until the sun comes up or later.
