That would be awesome. But for all the reasons mentioned in the post, it will not work here. Walking, biking, and even driving in Baltimore are already risky endeavors. When you add alcohol to the mix, things could get down right dangerous. If there were some dedicated route for this thing, that would be a different story... how about up and down the bike lanes on Coastal Hwy in OC??

Look, here in the States people have been arrested for driving drunk on a bicycle, a lawnmower, a motorized wheelchair (when they're on the street), and just about anything with wheels. What makes you think this would escape a DUI/DWI charge, unless the driver was certifiably sober?

Yeah, but there's an "open container" on the bar--so it's an open container in reach of the driver. If they're going to apply the law that way for cars and SUVs, they'd better apply it to this thing as well.
