Wanna write for Midnight Sun?
Have you ever wanted to be a ("famous") writer like me?
Well, here's your chance.
Starting next Tuesday, I'm leaving damp, chilly Baltimore for sunny, sweaty Argentina. I won't be back until Feb. 16th. I've got a few posts lined up, but they're not nearly enough to get me all the way through my vacation.
That's where you come in.
If you like writing about bars/clubs/nightlife, I'm all about posting your work on Midnight Sun.*
Of course, I can't pay you in real money or anything. But think about all the doors that will open for you when you're a published author.
You could be a (D-list) local celebrity like me!
E-mail me at sam.sessa@baltsun.com for more information.

i hope you have a great time! Going to Buenos Aires? I don't know if this is your first time, but If you and your wife eat red meat, you should make sure you eat at some of the Parrillas de Carbon (grilled meat establishments) that B.A. is famous for. I went to El Mirasol, and a few others, but that one was my favorite. Hope you have a blast! Great people, markets (La Recoleta), food, dancing, nightlife and art (MOMA there is cool). Have a blast!
i don't want to write for MS, but there are alot of people in Balto. that could do almost as good a job as you. : )

If you get a chance to go across the border, Porto Allegre is a wonderful city in southern Brazil that is a hub of arts & culture. Have fun!

I remember the highway from the airport to BA smelling like grilled meat for mile after mile after DIOS MIO, tengo mucho hambre. Carne, carne, carne! Yeah, they have a beef culture there.

Sam, when in BA, and looking for good beef, both Mikey V. and myself (from the old Cumberland 6 days) HIGHLY recommend La Cabrera in Palermo.

Some of these comments are making me uncomfortable.
