Here's how to get Beach Boys pre-sale tickets
The Beach Boys are coming to Pier Six Pavilion July 24, and pre-sale tickets are available until 10 p.m. today.
The folks at Rams Head, who book the pavilion, decided to briefly sell tickets as an early holiday present to fans. All of the orders will be mailed in time for the holidays.
"Just a little cheeky fun to get you through the nasty weather and give a sneak peak to the awesome stuff we are going to be throwing down at the pier," Sarah Sample, marketing director for Rams Head Live and Pier Six, wrote in an e-mail.
Tickets are $30-$75. Go here, and enter the password beachboys2010.

"The Beach Boys" name has been licensed by Mike Love. The group usually consists of Mike Love and Bruce Johnston with several musicians that backed The Beach Boys for many years. David Marks who was a Beach Boy for a few years while Al Jardine was at dental school is with the band at times along with John Cowsill of The Cowsills.

Unless you really want to see Mike Love & Bruce Johnson & employees bastardize the memory the Beach Boys, why bother.
Mike now owns the Beach Boys name and has successfully sued Al Jardine for trademark infringement for touring as "Beach Boys Family and Friends". By the way, most people thought that "Al Jardine, Family and Friends" put on a far superior show.
Now if the original fansite for Van Dyke Parks was still in existence, I could link to the contest for the Best Mike Love Joke page.
This page will give you the current Mike & Bruce line up
