Van Morrison to perform at Meyerhoff Symphony Hall
Legendary singer and songwriter Van Morrison (pictured) will perform at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall on Tuesday, Oct. 27.
Tickets for the show will go on sale at 10 a.m. this Friday.
However, I heard through the grapevine that if you're a big Van the Man fan, you're going to want to get on the 9:30 Club mailing list.
The show is being promoted by the same folks who book the 9:30 Club, and from time to time, the folks on their mailing list get first dibs at tickets.
I'm not entirely sure if that's going to be the case with this show or not. But it's better to be safe than sorry.
So if you want a shot at good seats, get on the list.

I signed up for the 930 Club's mailing list yesterday and just got an email offering tickets in a pre-sale starting tomorrow at 10 a.m. Regular sales start Friday.

I am from Ireland and saw the show totally disgusted. I have been a fan for years My two $150 tickets allowed me to sit so far away that the only thing recognizable about Van was his hat and his voice! He played for 1 1/2 hours without introducing himself or indeed trying to ineract with his audiance. To top that, he never came out for an encore! I want my money back
