The way I understand it, Bob Dylan doesn't allow photography at his shows. Even at Virgin Mobile Festival last year, the camera crews running the JumboTrons weren't allowed to get anywhere near him.
According to Wikipedia, Willie Nelson ain't no spring chicken -- he's 76. And those weren't an easy 76 years, either.
