I've been The Baltimore Sun's nightlife and local entertainment reporter for a couple years, and it's surprising how much the scene has grown in that time. Most of Baltimore's bars and clubs are unpretentious places with fairly cheap drinks and plenty of character. I like dancing and think this city needs more clubs, but nothing beats having a cold, locally brewed beer with friends in a comfortably full corner bar.

Okay, just so you can stop all that speculation about my "basement," I ripped out the "breakfast bar" in my apartment because it was built to a height of about four and a half feet. You would have needed booster seats in most bar stools. So, no.
And the same rule applies: You must be able to get a Baltimore Sun at regular retail price that morning in the town/vicinity it's in for the place to qualify. Also as a rule, it has to serve at least SOME adult-strength beverage or potable, though that's the point in most every case--no Chuck E Cheese's or Dairy Queen need apply.
Did one of you get it yet? Maybe, maybe not. I ain't sayin'

Since no one has guessed the mystery bar yet, I'll toss a clue out there: This place is somewhere between Mount Vernon and Brewer's Hill.

Yo, Sam, if nobody guesses it, do *I* get the prize?
I think the longer it takes to guess/name it, the bigger the prize should be!
