According to the box office, there are 6 lines for this show. Each line will have letters assigned to each. Still won't help that much but at least it will move quicker than normal.

I thought the capacity was somewhere around 400?

I heard that they sold 1600 tickets for tonight's show. Having 6 lines is a great idea, hopefully line #6 is for wxyz;) See you there Sam.

Nope. I'm hitting the Black Cat for Passion Pit and Harlem Shakes. Pretty pumped for it.

Had the opportunity to speak to a Cordish official by phone on Friday night. Before I could even say hello, he said "Please tell me you don't need Beastie Boys tickets!". Apparently, his line had been burning up. I assured him I did not. It sounds like it will be a jam-packed house in there tonight. Everybody have fun!

Very cool but I've seen them a few times unlike Jane's Addiction who I get to see tonight.

What a cool night seeing BB in a small venue. A few thoughts: Will Call could have been handled better. Fortunately, everyone was patient and created a system for each of the lines. Although S-Z was BY FAR the longest line and still had people waiting outside while other lines had no one in them around 7:30. And when did the Beastie's become a "jam band"? They seemed to suck the energy out of the crowd with those parts of their set. Finally, was it me, or did MCA look very disinterested last night? Ad Rock and Mike D seemed to be having a lot of fun but not so much with MCA.
