Sorry Sam, I love this city but I've come to the conclusion that it doesn't love me back. $1K leash fines, crushing tax & insurance rates, ridiculous parking laws and now Recs & Parks is worried about the grass? Where were they last week during FlowerMart? I remembered it rained then too? Wanna good article? Go ask Mike Cray from the BSSC about Recs & Parks.

"goin nowhere real fast, hey punk get off the grass"
Edith Massey

one point the article failed to mention was that everyone involved in the concert series ponied up some money last spring to have new sod laid down. Parks couldn't manage to do the upkeep through the late fall, winter and early spring and then they cancel the event responsible for helping the park our the most. Flower mart, craft fair, book fair and various other festivals use the space and do nothing to improve or maintain the grounds.

it's total bs.
