Hm, this is a good test to see what time your readers wake up.
The only after hours "club" I've been to is 1722, which was actually pretty fun. One time the stage was filled with a bunch of guys dancing in just their underwear. If that makes you uncomfortable, you should force yourself to go anyway.
I used to go to Blue Moon a lot, since it opens at something like 12am. The great thing is there isn't a 2-hour wait, which is what usually happens if you try to go at 10am. Honestly, it's not worth the wait.
There's also Sip n' Bite, which has reopened, which I haven't checked out yet.

My favorite is Nam Kang over on Maryland & 21st, open until 4 am most nights and its nearness to Ottobar, Wind Up Space, etc., make it a natural.

Oh, and I just thought -- hookah joints like El Basha, Zeeba Lounge and Arabian Nights are all open until 4 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, I think.

I'll second the hookah lounge idea. Ice Hookah Lounge in Towson is open until 3 or 4 if that's your scene, and is BYOB.
Towson Diner is another good 24 hour spot, and they have a liquor license.

Valentino's on Harford Rd is great if you're in the area. 24/7, easy parking, and a huge selection of Greek food and regular diner staples. Plus the servers wear tuxedos.
