Now here are a couple of decent drink specials

The Sly Fox Pub (823 E. Fort Ave.) is running a $3 you-call-it happy hour special 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays and 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Fridays.

The Black Hole (216 German Hill Road) has $10 all-you-can-drink (domestics and rails) on Wednesdays, $12 all-you-can-drink on Thursdays.

i've hit the annapolis sly fox happy hour a few times. can't beat $3 woodford.

The Black Hole also has one of the better lighting rigs in Baltimore, and a great sound system, too. Excellent place to see a band, but since it's in Dundalk it seems like a lot of city-dwellers don't get out there much.

heh, Black Hole

Ryan I liked that CD you gave out at the last shindig (assuming that was you), reminiscent of Mr. Bungle meets Zappa.

I still say you can't beat the $1 shot HH deal at J.A. Murphy's in Fells.

Sam, you are encouraging drinking and I will have no parts of it!!!

And furthermore, remove that beer from the U in your logo banner!!!

Some kids these days!!!!

Yes, sir. Of course, sir. Right away, sir.

hee hee

Thanks, Evan. Glad you enjoyed it. That's an apt description. I usually mention some 80s hair metal band and Zappa. Nikc says Ween, but with more profanity.

The Black Hole Rock Club used to be The Zu. Not sure why they changed the name....
