Usually when it's raining outside, bars offer some pretty tempting specials. Bad weather keeps customers home, so they have to compensate somehow. Remember that $1 domestic draft special at Alexander's Tavern? Do they still do that?
What other bars around town have good weather specials? I recall something about Capt. Larry's running a nice drink special like this too. Anybody know more?

Captain Larry's used to have a dark & stormy special - I haven't had a dark & stormy in years but I'm pretty sure it's Gosling's Rum & ginger beer

I thought I remembered Capt Larry's offering $2 Dark N Stormies on rainy days?
Now I want one...yes I know it's not even 10am!

Just spoke with my fave bartender in all the land (Bob from Max's in Fell's Point) and they are having an "Inventory Dump Off" special today. $1 off all drafts except for the "high end Belgians".
Nothing to write home about. Though he did say we could unofficially change the name to "Rainy Day Special" if we'd like :)

Went to Larry's yesterday with some friends. Dark and stormys were 4 dollars, normally 8. Personally, I'll take a Resurrection over that.

Zig, good point. I think if it's cold and rainy outside, I'd rather have a beer than a cocktail.
