Video: "Let's Get It On" live by the Grilled Lincolns
We filmed this at the last Baltimore Unsigned free live taping at The 8x10. Here, the Grilled Lincolns turn in a pretty darn good version of Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On." It's tough to take a classic that everybody knows and put your own stamp on it. But the boys in the Grilled Lincolns pull it off. Dig:
I've been The Baltimore Sun's nightlife and local entertainment reporter for a couple years, and it's surprising how much the scene has grown in that time. Most of Baltimore's bars and clubs are unpretentious places with fairly cheap drinks and plenty of character. I like dancing and think this city needs more clubs, but nothing beats having a cold, locally brewed beer with friends in a comfortably full corner bar.

Yes Sam you are correct, those boys pull it off and made it their own, definitly like that freestyle....I had to watch it twice....he did say he's there to save the boobies! Hilarious!!!!
