Dig this photo: Indiana Live! Casino

indiana live! casino center barWow.

I stumbled upon this photo of the new Indiana Live! Casino in Shelbyville, and just had to post it.

This thing in the middle of the casino is called the Center Bar. I suppose it's a working bar.

It kind of looks like a gigantic bug zapper, or an evil computer that Arnold Schwarzenegger would try to destroy in a "futuristic" 1990s action movie.

Hee hee.

Maybe it's more like something you'd see on an episode of Star Trek. I'll have a glass of your finest Romulan Ale, please.

Engage, number one.

Figures Shelbyville would get a new fangled casino. Nothing like that in Springfield!!

Maybe that's where Homer is, Sessa. It is right next to Springfield.

whats the deal with sweet tea vodka?
it seems to be everywhere all of a sudden.
thank you

Here you go. The Death Star reactor core.

Sweet Tea Vodka is Fire Fly. For the last month or so, the reps have been pushing it and a lot of places have been picking it up, trying to ride the flavored vodka wave.

If you haven't yet, try this concoction:

(4) Fire Fly + (1) H2O + Splash of Lime Juice

It is the exact taste of Chic-Fil-A sweet tea. It is dangerous.

in my head that picture is making a very loud WOM WOM WOM WOM WOM sound.

FROM HERE, THE DEATH STAR REACTOR CORE SOUNDS LIKE A RIVER!

Further proof that The Cordish Company is the real "evil empire"?

BTW -- Firefly isn't the only Sweet Tea Vodka -- Jeremiah Weed and Seagrams also make it.

i bet they have a monorail too, that sounds like more of a Shelbyville thing.

The one that seems to be sweeping the city at the moment is Fire Fly, at least that I've seen.

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.

Why is Sarah selling her bill of goods here?

Sam,
Read Sarah's comment. Seems a little generic, huh?. If it smells like spam.....

I like this center structure; it is interesting and is an eye-catching décor element for customers to enjoy. Thanks for sharing this.

This looks incredible! Yes you are right it looks like something that you would find on a space movie! The whole place looks like it is from another planet. Thank you for sharing
