One-eyed Mike's is doing fine

one-eyed mike'sI'd like to take a moment and dispel any gossip about One-Eyed Mike's (708 S. Bond St.) being closed.

They are not closed.

I just called them and spoke with a real live person who laid it all out for me: One-Eyed Mike's ain't goin' anywhere anytime soon.

There was a plan to move One-Eyed Mike's down the street, but that fizzled out.

And the number on their Web site was disconnected or temporarily offline or something along those lines, which threw people for a loop.

But I can safely put the kibosh on the rumored closing of One-Eyed Mike's. They're open for business.

Consider this post the "everything's OK alarm."

Not only are they open, they have acquired a new seven day license and will be open for their first Sunday this weekend. The food, service and Grand Marnier are as great as they always have been.

I do miss the dog at One-Eyed Mike's who used the bar freely until someone complained to the health department.

Hello Shane and Michael I was reading some of the comments about One Eyed Mikes WoW everyone loves your place as I do for many reasons I was wondering how do you get so much exposure on the web what should I do ? Love you Mom
