The sophomoric and Google-resistant name is bad enough, but the real explanation for it is worse!
I say this realizing that I've just revealed my own lame prejudices and that the owner might be the nicest person in the world, but I just can't get excited about supporting a multiple-Hummer-flaunter.

Hmm, only 2 blocks from my house. I drive past this place everyday, and it sounds like it might finally be time to give it a shot. Thanks for the review, Sam.

"Side note: When we were there, Hummers had four beers on tap - Yuengling, Coors Light, Backfin and Samuel Adams. Not bad."
Really? That sounds pretty bad to me...

Thank you, Sam. I had a bet with two friends of mine as to the origin of this chosen bar name. I said that they probably have a Hummer, one friend thought it was referring to...something else, and the other thought it was their last name. I win! I will be happy to buy you a $1 beer for your efforts.
