Today, is Friday.
And lemme tell ya -- I can't wait to kick back this weekend. I went to The Nest last night (that's the new sports bar where DSX used to be). More on that later today. I'm also going to have at least one off-beat weekend suggestion coming up.
But right now, I'd like to know just what in the heck you're up to this weekend.

Friday Night: Hopefully pick up a few friends and go hopping around the city tonight but will go solo most likely. I’m bound to have another story that I won’t be about to share for years to come, as usual.
Saturday night: Annex Theatre for a wham city theater show @ 8pm
Sunday: North point flea market to converse with the people who hand out the “Sparks” paper and how communism will never work and should put their energy into something worthwhile.

Oh man, I've been looking forward to this weekend for a long time. Haven't spent one in Baltimore in a month...
Which means doing houscleaning crap for Thanksgiving prep.
Any good live music selections going on? I'm thinking of checking out Basshound at 8x10 Saturday night.

Getting a week long weekend as I took off all next week, but for my plans this particular weekend...
Friday: Going to Fletcher's to catch a band I've been following for a long time, Innerpartysystem. However, not looking forward to the sold out crowd of underage hipsters and neon clothing for the horrendous fad band, 3oh!3.
Saturday: Tailgating and going to watch my alma mater, James Madison U., clinch the number 1 seed for the FCS playoffs against Towson.
Sunday: Football sunday...Hail!

Friday: Imperial China at WMUC at the Unversity of MD in College Park.
Saturday: MT6 Fest at the Hexagon with a crapload of excellent local bands.
Sunday: Avocado Happy Hour at the Ottobar.

Tonight I'm probably going to hit up some place on Fort Ave. Haven't been there for awhile. Going to the JMU / Towson game Saturday. Then saturday night in Annapolis.

This evening I will be passing through "THE DIZZ" after work and having a beer. Then I will go home and have a beer. Then I will go to a different bar or seven and have a beer.
Tomorrow night I'm treating my dear mother to dinner at Grille Art Cafe. I figure if we get there by 5:30 we'll have our food by 7! I kid, I kid.
