Way high up wine tasting

it's time ... for wine!Dig this: A wine tasting on the 19th floor of Silo Point -- that big new luxury condo complex in Locust Point, 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Dec. 3 2.

Now you all know I'm not big on blabbering about events. I leave that to Metromix, Localist, 600 Block etc.

I only post about an event when I'm into it. And I'm into this one ...

The Wine Market is running the show, but the tasting is sponsored by STYLE Magazine. (I wonder -- since STYLE is in all caps, are you supposed to shout it?)

But the cool part is, you get to be one of the first people to check out the view from the tippy top of Silo Point.

And and and -- some of the proceeds to go the Maryland SPCA. Ruff ruff.

Get your ticket(s) here.

I kinda wanna maybe go to this. I wonder if wine tastes different when you're way high up. Hmm.

hey sam. just an fyi that your post says Dec 3, but their site lists it as Dec 2. whatever day it is, i'm gonna try to be there!

Whoops! Thanks for the catch. Consider it fixed.

I'm clicking on the link to buy tickets, but it just takes me to the PayPal sign-in page. New URL needed?

Blast! Ok, I fixed that link too. Try it again.

STYLE magazine also designed and has their name affixed to the 19th floor lounge, apparently Silo Point in general is going to have a lot of STYLE associated with it. And from 200K-1.2Mil for a unit I'd expect a lot of STYLE, along with some sort of ROBOT that feeds me TRUFFLES.

Also damn, 15 bucks, I'm buying a couple

Thanks for fixing that.

Mm robot truffles.
