Red Fish reopens

Since there was some lively discussion earlier about this restaurant's closure*, I thought I would convey the news: Red Fish (845 S. Montford Ave.) has reopened.

That's all I know. If you've heard anything else, share it.

Oh, and, this is a photo of the old Red Fish. Not sure how many changes took place, but this is all I could rustle up.

*I'd love to link to this discussion, but to my knowledge (and frustration) you can't search comments on Midnight Sun. If anyone can find it, please dish. No pun intended.

Based on a quick bike-ride past the place, the inside looks nice. Also looked empty last night (I think there was one person at the bar, but it could have been the bartender sitting down)

The restaurant has been renamed Meridian 54 and apparently it looks completely different inside.

I wouldn't worry about it Sam. They will close away in about 6 months. That place never stays open long.

That place has been the "Coke Can on the Corner" under every revision of the concept. Hopefully it won't be this time...Hopefully
