Hard gloss red enamel on brick gotta love it, The epitome of low brow taste. all that is missig is the graffetti (ck sp).
In a residential setting, it would define being a bad neighbour or less an object example of negative curb appeal. I can just see the other houses shying away.
The above, compared to some people that I know, is being charitable.

I've seen it but I didn't know what it was, particularly painted, which looks much like brick or stone.
