great place and sign. (that sign has been there for at least 10 years). mums has been the only cool bar in that part of south baltimore for a long time.

uh, it actually says what the consequences are for breaking the basic rules, numbered rules are probably the same or more...um...stringent!

i could be mistaken, but i am pretty sure they also serve a tasty shot of "Hell".

Mum's is the Alamo of Fed. Hill. surrounded by an army of D-bags, but still holding it's own.

It's called "Evil" Ryan not Hell. But you feel like hell if you drink it. Love the jukebox there. It rocks.
