Speaking of parking, I was at Sonar last week and was slapped with a $202 ticket for parking in a handicap spot (normally I'd never, just wasn't aware)...went to pay it online this week and discovered that the ticket-giver got my license plate wrong by one digit. In my book, that's called a freebie...

We all are breathlessly awaiting the permit parking post.
There'll be much printed, mostly frustration and anger about living or visiting pre-twentieth or early twentieth century neighborhoods designed in the era of trolleys but before people owned and depended on cars, and the largely absence of reliable mass transportation.
